The Bookmobile Project

  In 2017 I was offered the opportunity to design the exterior for the Columbia County Traveling Library bookmobile. The library decided it was time for a new bookmobile. The old one was worn out, and they wanted unique artwork for the exterior of it.
  I enjoyed working with staff and volunteers on the project. The focus would be books, reading, family, children, and reflect this region and the mountainous country surroundings.
  Here are some pictures of the finished bus! If you drive through our lovely county, you might just see our busy traveling librarians passing by through the rural roads of Columbia County. You can't miss it. It is a colorful standout. It has brought smiles to many and a wave of the hand from viewers as it passes by.
